Superdrug is seeking an Online Health Experience Manager at its East Croydon-based head office. The role focuses on growing Superdrug's online healthcare business by delivering market-leading digital health experiences across the website and app.
You will work with Trading, Healthcare Services, CRM, Content, UX, Digital Marketing, ecommerce and Technology teams to enhance customer journeys, trust and commercial performance, while exploring AI-enabled health experiences and lifecycle solutions.
