Shift Leader - Customer-First Retail Dynamo

One Stop is seeking a Shift Leader to join our fast-paced retail environment. You will run duty shifts, coordinate a team to ensure a clean, fully stocked store, and deliver exceptional customer service while driving store performance.

You will support the Store Manager, coach colleagues on the shop floor, and help implement seasonal and community events. A proactive, safety-conscious approach is essential to success in this role.
