I’m recruiting for an Electronics Test & Automation Team Leader with an established technology business.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role , combining team leadership with RF/electronics verification, test strategy and automation.
You’ll be responsible for:
Leading and developing a team of test engineers
Defining verification and test strategies
Driving Python-based test automation
RF & electronics verification and characterisation
Root-cause investigation and technical problem solving
Working closely with Design, Firmware, Systems and Manufacturing
Improving test coverage, efficiency and repeatability
Engineering degree or equivalent experience
Experience leading technical engineering teams
Strong RF and/or electronics test experience
Python test automation experience
Verification planning and fault-finding skills
Experience with RF test equipment and measurement techniques
If you're a Senior/Lead Test Engineer or Test Engineering Manager looking for a role combining technical leadership with hands-on engineering.
