Strategic Customer Success Manager – Threat Intelligence

Seerist is seeking experienced Customer Success professionals to support commercial clients worldwide. The role sits in the Customer Account Management team, managing 30–45 clients with a focus on renewals, retention, and maximizing value from Seerist’s intelligence and insight services.

You will onboard and train new clients, taking full ownership of renewals while working with senior stakeholders across security, intelligence, risk, and strategy teams.
