Senior Private PA (Hybrid)

Senior Private PA (Hybrid) based in the residence & office. 2 days remote

Degree standard is required for this role.

6 years+ experience as a senior Private PA in a demanding UHNW role is required for this role. Degree standard and career orientated. A Private PA who has looked after business principal on an international level or within a Family Office is preferred. (8am - 7pm availability required)

Based in London Office/North London home for the 3 days on site when required. 2 days work from home. This is a busy and interesting role for a dedicated and exceptional Private PA who has looked after an UHNW Principal/CEO & family.

The hours are long but the rewards are there.You will not be expected to be physically present from 8 - 7pm but be available.Working closely with another Senior Private EA to keep their lives running smoothly and covered in all eventualities.

The Family have 3 young children and both family members are highly intelligent/academic members of a highly successful company.You will have 6 years+ experience as a senior Private PA, used to supporting outside of normal hours and an intelligent individual with top communication skills and eye for detail.

Adept at dealing with household staff & rotas, able to spot problems before they arise.Fully staffed house with drivers, Housekeepers etc in Central/North London. The Principals have a country estate also

Making personal appointments, dealing with trades, research when required, adventure holidays, liaising with extended family, booking restaurant & theatre etc.

Astute and educated yourself you get things done with a minimum of fuss and you have another EA there to bounce off and share the load.

Once trust is earned the role could be more flexible for the right candidate.

Well spoken and presented the offices are spectacular (with top facilities, gym, restaurants etc) and their main residence is Central/North London.

Career orientated and loyal, used to confidentiality in all aspects.
