Remote Commercial Leader: Build & Own New Dept

Rubicon Recruitment is seeking a Commercial Manager to build a new department with a seat on the leadership team. The role is fully remote across the UK, with occasional travel to the Lincolnshire head office and client visits across Europe, offering a salary up to GBP75,000 plus a yearly bonus.

You will own the commercial plan, build a structured sales pipeline, win new business in the UK and Europe, renew and upsell existing accounts, and establish CRM-driven processes for scalable growth.
