Mental Health Support Team Lead - Children & Young People

Wight Healthcare in Hampshire is seeking an experienced MHST Team Lead to provide operational, clinical, and professional leadership to a multidisciplinary MHST across Hampshire. You will oversee delivery of high quality mental health interventions for young people, families, and schools.

You will manage day-to-day leadership, line management, clinical oversight, support staff development and wellbeing, and work with schools and partner agencies to implement the Whole School Approach.
