AI Solutions Consultant

Our client, an established financial markets technology firm, is looking for a technically strong, hands-on individual to join its Product and Engineering team, focusing on AI, automation and agentic solutions.

This is not a traditional Business Analyst or Product Manager role. The focus is on understanding business problems and designing, building and deploying AI agents and automated workflows into live software platforms.

The Role

• Identify opportunities to use AI agents, GenAI and automation to improve business processes and existing software products.
• Design, build and deploy AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, LangGraph, LangChain and APIs.
• Analyse complex workflows, data and systems, translating business problems into practical technical solutions.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams across design, development, testing and deployment.
• Help establish a dedicated AI agent capability, taking solutions from concept through to production.

What We're Looking For

• Approximately 3–7 years' experience in technology consulting, software delivery, AI or a similarly technical environment.
• Proven hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents, GenAI applications or automated workflows.
• Practical knowledge of LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, APIs and automation, ideally including LangGraph or LangChain.
• Strong software development understanding, ideally with Python, SQL and systems integration experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work directly with software engineers.
• A technology consulting background is highly advantageous.
• Experience in financial services, capital markets, investment management or FinTech is beneficial but not essential.
