Our client, a well-established, privately owned, £50m turnover, main contracting business, seeks to hire an experienced Contracts Manager to work based from their East London head offices.
Working Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, you will be overseeing a number of projects across London and the Home Counties, covering the Housing, Education, Health, Commercial and Public sectors, undertaking a wide range of new-build and refurbishment projects, up to circa £10m each in value.
They are open to candidates who are either already established at this level (5+ years) or Site / Projects Managers who are looking to take the next step.
You will be working as part of a vibrant and tight-knit team, with clear objectives and a career path for any desired progression. With a stable senior management team, this is a good environment to develop professionally.
