Store Team Leader - Lead, Motivate & Serve Customers

Co-op Digital is seeking a Customer Team Leader in Slough to manage a small team in a fast-paced store and deliver essential community services. You may work in the post office, bakery, or support online services and home deliveries, with a focus on helping customers and keeping store operations smooth.

You will lead on shift, coach colleagues, and help drive merchandising, stock accuracy and service standards while engaging with customers and the local community.
