About Interu:

We are passionate about the impact our product is making, especially in sectors like sustainable supply chain management and traceability. Our flagship application, Interu (interu.io), is enabling organisations to track forest risk commodities across their supply chains and meet sustainability targets and regulations. By doing so, we are helping combat deforestation and the illicit trade in commodity supplies. Designed for scalability, Interu supports an ever growing number of supply chains and organisations, with the flexibility to onboard other industries and products seamlessly.

Overview

This is a senior individual contributor role for someone whose craft is ‘product’ itself. You'll own an area of the platform end to end: understanding the problem deeply, deciding what we bet on, defining how we measure it, and learning from everything we ship.

You will work closely with and report to the Head of Product, as a genuine thinking partner. We are looking for someone who brings their own point of view, backs it with evidence, and lifts the standard of product thinking across the team through the way they work. We are AI first as a company and in our product development processes; we are looking for someone who is comfortable building with AI.

About You

• You're energised by complexity and at your best when the path isn't obvious yet
• Between 3–5 years in product management, with experience in complex B2B SaaS — and a real appetite for what comes next
• You move fluently between the fine detail and the bigger strategic picture, and connect the two
• You love product craft and it is something you want to keep sharpening
• You think from first principles and love getting to the truth of a problem
• You lead with evidence, and pick the metrics that genuinely predict success
• You're customer-obsessed, and discovery is your favourite part of the job
• You're a natural storyteller who can hold a room of senior people
• You're hold strong opinions loosely, and enjoy having your mind changed
• You've made a product team work better, not just worked within one
• You've grown with a startup as it scaled, and understand the trade-offs that came with it
• You're AI-literate, and confidently building with it
• You make the people around you better
• Your curiosity carries well past release day, because that's where the learning is

• Supply chain traceability, provenance, or ESG and sustainability reporting experience
