Tax Senior Tax Manager / Director Designate - Corporate & OMB Advisory Essex | Hybrid Working

Key Responsibilities

• Advising on corporate restructurings, reorganisations, incorporations, and shareholder exits
• Supporting on transactions, MBOs, and company purchase of own shares
• Preparing advisory reports, structure planning reports, and HMRC clearance applications
• Reviewing legal documentation from a tax perspective
• Working directly with Partners, Directors, and clients on complex advisory projects
• Assisting with proposals and identifying further advisory opportunities

About You

• ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified
• Strong UK corporate tax advisory experience gained within practice
• Experience across reorganisations, transactions, and shareholder planning
• Commercial, proactive, and confident working directly with clients
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
