Direct Tax Leader: UK & Global Compliance

Lloyd’s is seeking a Direct Tax Manager to lead tax compliance, reporting and governance for the Corporation of Lloyd’s, its UK subsidiaries and international network. You’ll combine deep technical expertise with commercial influence to manage risk and support business decisions.

You’ll own direct tax obligations, oversee UK returns, Pillar Two, CbCR and tax provisions, and build relationships with HMRC and external advisers. Two reports in the Direct Tax team will report to you.
