Managing Consultant - Quantum

HKA is recruiting a Managing Consultant into its Quantum Construction Claims and Expert Services team, based in either London or Glasgow on a hybrid basis. The advert is pitched at an experienced commercial professional, quantity surveyor or contracts specialist moving from project work towards construction claims, disputes and expert services.

The holder analyses project, contractual and financial records to support the assessment of claims and disputes, assists in preparing quantum analyses covering:

• variations
• prolongation
• disruption and damages
• supports the preparation of expert reports, presentations and client deliverables

Defined workstreams are managed to agreed timescales, alongside client and project stakeholder relationships, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams across HKA's international business, and support to proposals, networking and client engagement.
