Senior Health Workforce Transformation Consultant

EY is recruiting a Senior Consultant in Health for its Health Workforce Transformation & People Experience team in London. You will work with NHS providers, ICSs, and national bodies to deliver people-centred transformation programmes across workforce, digital and culture initiatives.

You will contribute to workshops, stakeholder engagement, and client deliverables, while coaching junior colleagues and supporting business development efforts. National travel is required.
