Head of Commercial Growth & Revenue (Hybrid)

The Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama seeks a dynamic leader to develop a coherent, diversified portfolio of commercial income streams and to reduce institutional risk over a 2–5 year period.

The post holder will lead strategy development, drive implementation and evaluation of initiatives, and work with the Extended Leadership Team to secure buy-in while balancing home and on-site working.
