CFO for PE-Backed Consulting: Buy & Build Growth

Marks Sattin Executive Search is assisting a PE-backed consultancy to appoint a Chief Financial Officer to work with the Board and investors as they execute a Buy & Build strategy.

The CFO will lead acquisition due diligence, funding, and integration while delivering financial insight across the group to support performance improvement.

This is a hybrid role with two days in the office and will involve close collaboration with the Board and PE partners.
