Location: Leatherhead, Surrey

Hours: Full-time (office-based, 1 day wfh)

Citywide Financial Partners is growing — andwe’relooking for an exceptionaland experienced Client Services Executive (CSE) to join our high-performing wealth management team. If you’re proactive, detail‑driven and passionate about delivering outstanding client experiences, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a senior support role.

What You’ll Do

As a key member of the Client Services Team, you will:

• Act as the main contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and professional journey
• Support Financial Planners with client analysis, research, and preparationand writingof reports
• Lead client onboarding and manage complex account administration
• Maintainaccuraterecords and ensure compliance with FCA regulations
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements
• Oversee documentation, annual tax allowance planning, and cashflow forecasting

What You Bring

• 4+ years’ experience inwealth management
• Strong knowledge ofIntelliflo(IO); Voyant desirable
• RO1 –RO3minimumand the desire to progress towardsfurtherCII/CISI qualifications (or equivalent)
• Excellent communication,organisation, and problem‑solving skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work independentlyConfident with numbers and creatingaccuratedocumentation
• Right to work in the UK
