Are you adept at leading teams to maintain and deliver an excellent customer service?

Due to increasing demand across our aftersales division we’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our dedicated team within After Sales .

What Will You Be Doing?

• Lead and develop the national After Sales Customer Service function , ensuring the effective delivery of all back-office operations that support service execution and customer satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and direction across planning, scheduling, invoicing, job administration, preventative maintenance planning and reactive service coordination.
• Developing KPI frameworks to measure operational effectiveness.
• Drive operational excellence through national process standardisation, continuous improvement and workforce optimisation, whilst building a One Team culture across multiple locations.
• You will inspire the team through your enthusiasm and proactive mindset, encouraging accountability and ownership to ensure an exceptional aftersales customer experience .

About You:

• You will have proven experience leading teams across multiple sites, ranging from administration to aftersales contract support.
• With a strong understanding of the service industry , you will confidently navigate challenges, effectively allocate resources, and implement structured delivery models aligned to KPIs and SLAs.
• Through your leadership, you will inspire and motivate a dynamic team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a shared commitment to achieving common goals and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
