Senior HSE Advisor - Highways & Road Safety Lead
£55,000–£75,000
AJ Group is seeking a Senior HSE Advisor to support safe operations across highways projects and depots. You will provide practical health, safety and environmental guidance and drive continuous improvement, working with managers, supervisors and site teams.
This hands-on role requires building strong relationships, challenging unsafe practices and delivering toolbox talks, training and safety communications across multiple locations.
