What you'll need to be:

• A shift leader or assistant manager whois kind, calm and approachable
• Confident overseeing opening/closing,safety and security procedures
• Well‑presented, detail‑focused andprofessional
• Willing to support the GM in coaching anddeveloping the team
• Logical, organized and able to managemultiple tasks
• Driven to deliver outstanding guestexperiences
• Able to work days, evenings and weekendsand reliably manage the commute
• A natural host who loves creating day making moments
• Looking for an employer that recognizesand rewards talent
• Experienced in hospitality, ideally withsupervisory experience in a busy food‑led environment
