In-House Contracts Counsel for Construction

WSP seeks an experienced solicitor to join its in-house legal team in the United Kingdom. You will support business growth while managing legal and commercial risk, advising on construction and engineering contracts, and engaging with senior stakeholders and external partners.

You will review and negotiate a wide range of contracts, support corporate governance on bids, and provide guidance on tender processes. In-house experience with engineering consultancy or contractor is preferred.
