Field Marketing Manager

Company

Pace is the AI operations partner for the world’s leading insurers. We combine the speed of AI agents with expert review by our insurance operations team to automate insurance tasks. Almost $400bn per year is spent on outsourcing in financial services every year. We’re here to change that, working side‑by‑side with some of the largest companies in the world.

Role

We’re looking for a Field Marketing Lead in London to build and own Pace’s field marketing motion across the UK and EMEA. You’ll create pipeline and deepen relationships with the region’s leading insurers through conferences, executive programs, intimate gatherings, account-based experiences, and creative field activations.

What this looks like in practice:

• Own the EMEA field strategy: Build the regional plan across conferences, Pace-hosted events, executive dinners, roundtables, VIP experiences, and account-based programs.
• Create and accelerate pipeline: Partner with EMEA Sales on target accounts, invitations, meeting goals, and follow-through. Own sourced and influenced pipeline targets, not just attendance.
• Lead major programs end to end: Own the audience, experience, budget, production, promotion, executive participation, and post-event motion across multiple markets.
• Approach experiences with craft: Treat every touchpoint as part of the Pace brand, creating experiences that feel distinctive and credible to senior insurance leaders.
• Be a strategic partner to Sales: Bring a strong point of view on where to invest, translate regional commercial priorities into programs, and hold cross-functional owners accountable.
• Build the regional field engine: Establish the playbooks, systems, vendor network, reporting, and operating rhythms needed to scale across EMEA.

You’re a great fit if you:

• Have 5-7+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, experiential marketing, or a related enterprise GTM role.
• Have owned a regional field strategy and can point to programs that created or accelerated meaningful enterprise pipeline.
• Know the UK and EMEA field landscape, including the events, communities, partners, and formats that matter to enterprise insurance buyers.

Bonus:

• Experience marketing or selling to insurance, financial services, or another regulated enterprise industry.
• An existing network among UK or European insurance executives, brokers, industry partners, conference organizers, or relevant communities.
• Experience building a regional field marketing function from the ground up.

Experience producing creative brand activations alongside traditional enterprise field programs.

Team characteristics

The Pace team has a couple of defining characteristics:

1. Integrity: The most important thing is working with good people who want to have a massive impact on the world. Our team genuinely wants to do the best work of their careers and know it’ll take 5-10 years of focus to deliver.
2. Ambition: The ambition for this company is not just a good vertical AI business but a $100bn+ outcome across vertical services. We’re looking for people that rise that level of ambition. Often times this means they want to be the best at what they do, become leaders at scale or one day start their own company. Pace will be the best place to learn, deliver impact and advance your path to do something great.

At Pace, we’re building a talent-dense team where teammates grow into leaders. This might mean growing into a world-class IC, owning a line of business, or leading teams. Whichever your path, we want to support you to grow at Pace and beyond for the long-term.

We’re a <40 person team based in-person across New York and London and are lucky to be perfectly positioned with leading customers and top investors to make a real impact on one of the largest industries in the world.
