Acquisition Marketing Lead — Non-Paid Growth

Butternut Box in London is seeking an Acquisition Marketing Lead to run UK & Ireland non-paid acquisition. The role is hybrid, based at our White City office three days a week (Mon, Wed, Thu).

You will drive growth through ambassadors, affiliates, partnerships and referrals, shaping our marketing strategy and customer journey at scale. You will lead a small squad, report on performance, and collaborate with product and creative teams to improve asset quality and impact.
