AI Researcher: LLMs, MoE & Transformer Systems

VirtueTech Recruitment Group is helping a FinTech start-up hire an AI Researcher in London. You will work directly with the CEO and founders, tackling deep model infrastructure challenges in trading. This is not a wrapper role; real ML research experience is required.

You will develop and deploy LLM systems, synthesise data, and explore advanced attention mechanisms, MoE, and embeddings. The role offers four days per week hybrid work in London with a top-band salary up to £110k plus bonus.
