Avaloq Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Avaloq Developer with strong hands-on experience in Avaloq development, customization, and integration. The candidate will work closely with business analysts and banking stakeholders to design, develop, test, and support solutions on the Avaloq Banking Suite .

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain solutions within the Avaloq Banking System .
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and enhance Avaloq functionality using Avaloq Script and related development tools.
• Work with Oracle SQL/PL/SQL for database development, queries, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Develop and maintain interfaces/integrations between Avaloq and external banking applications.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, defect resolution, and production support.
• Participate in Avaloq upgrades, releases, migrations, and implementation activities.
• Troubleshoot application and production issues and provide root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, testers, architects, and production support teams.
• Follow coding standards, documentation practices, and change-management processes.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Avaloq development .
• Experience with Avaloq Script and Avaloq customization.
• Good knowledge of Oracle SQL/PL/SQL .
• Understanding of Avaloq architecture, data model, and development lifecycle.
• Experience developing or supporting interfaces and integrations .
• Good understanding of banking processes and financial products.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and source/version control practices.
