Senior Change Manager

We're looking for an experienced and inspiring Senior Change Manager to join our Change and Transformation Directorate at a pivotal time for Change Grow Live. As we continue to evolve, innovate and deliver our ambitious strategy, you'll play a key role in helping colleagues across the organisation embrace, adopt and sustain meaningful change.

The Change and Transformation Directorate leads strategic programmes, organisational improvement initiatives and innovation across Change Grow Live. We work collaboratively across the organisation to redesign services, deliver strategic priorities, mobilise and demobilise contracts, and ensure lasting improvements that enhance outcomes for the people using our services.

As Senior Change Manager , you'll lead the development and delivery of change strategies across a portfolio of complex organisational initiatives. Leading a team of change professionals, you'll ensure colleagues are supported through change journeys, benefits are realised, and new ways of working become embedded across the organisation.

You’ll work closely with senior leaders, programme teams and operational colleagues to build confidence, capability and engagement, helping people understand not only what is changing, but why it matters.
