We are supporting one of Europe's fastest-growing engineering businesses in their search for an Executive Assistant to support their Founder & CEO.

This is a highly visible role within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial scale-up experiencing significant growth. Working closely with the Founder, COO and wider leadership team, you'll become a trusted right hand, helping to bring structure and momentum to a dynamic business where priorities move quickly and no two days are the same.

The Role

Supporting the Founder & CEO, you will play a key role in ensuring priorities are managed effectively and the business continues to operate smoothly during an exciting phase of growth. Responsibilities include:

• Complex diary, inbox and calendar management
• Coordinating UK and international travel
• Managing competing priorities and protecting the Founder's time
• Gatekeeping and stakeholder management
• Preparing meeting materials, agendas and briefings
• Taking minutes and driving actions to completion
• Supporting projects and business-critical initiatives
• Acting as a central point of coordination across the leadership team
• Building trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Providing ad hoc personal support as required

This is far more than a traditional EA role. The successful candidate will become a genuine extension of the Founder and a trusted member of the wider business.

You will have:

• Experience supporting a Founder, CEO or senior executive
• Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Confidence to prioritise, influence and push back when needed
• Experience working in fast-paced environments
• Excellent judgement and problem-solving skills
• High levels of professionalism and discretion
• A genuine passion for Executive Assistant support as a long-term career

Industry experience is less important than mindset, adaptability and the ability to build a strong partnership with a senior stakeholder.
