Location: Sheffield UK | Salary: Up To £80,000.00 | Contract Type: 18 Months Fixed Term | Working pattern: Full Time, Flexible Hybrid with expectation to be on site and travel when required.
For over 100 years, Westfield Health has been on a mission to make a healthy difference to our customers, our colleagues and the communities we work in. What began in Sheffield as a way to help people access affordable healthcare has grown into an international health and wellbeing company, trusted by more than 8,000 businesses and 400,000 people across the UK and Europe. We're proud of our not-for-profit roots: with no shareholders, the more successful we are, the more we can give back. We believe healthy people are happier and more productive, so we bring together evidence, insight and genuine care to help people and businesses be at their healthy, productive best, approaching every challenge with curiosity, taking ownership of the outcome, and always putting people first. If that sounds like the kind of place you want to build a career, we'd love to hear from you.
The Programme Manager is responsible for leading the successful delivery of a complex programme made up of multiple workstreams across the Group. The role provides hands-on delivery leadership, robust planning, budget governance, stakeholder engagement, clear executive reporting, coordination of Project Managers and close alignment with the central Programme Management Office to ensure programme outcomes are delivered to agreed scope, time, cost, quality and benefit expectations.
The post holder will operate with a high level of autonomy, working closely with senior sponsors, C-level stakeholders, territory leads, suppliers and internal delivery teams to maintain pace, remove blockers, manage dependencies and ensure all workstreams remain aligned to the overall programme objectives.
Please note, while we welcome global talent, we're currently unable to sponsor work visas.
We are a proud member of inclusive employers and a Disability Confident Committed employer. We value inclusivity and want to make sure our application process is open and accessible to all candidates. Please let us know if you require reasonable adjustments to ensure the recruitment process is as comfortable as possible.
