Lanes Group is seeking a Head of Estimating to provide strategic leadership for estimating across a nationwide portfolio in the Clean Water and Wastewater sectors. You will drive consistency, governance, and value engineering across capital, rehab, and term service contracts.
You will lead a national team, guide bid strategies, and collaborate with procurement, operations, and business development to deliver competitive, high-quality estimates and successful bids.
