This is an opportunity to join one of the UK's most progressive principal contractors, operating at the forefront of the façade remediation and external envelope sector.
The successful Contracts Manager will play a key role in overseeing the delivery of multiple projects across the UK. This is a genuinely hands‑on Contracts Manager position, combining senior project oversight with a strong presence on site and direct involvement in driving teams, programme and delivery.
Backed by a publicly listed parent group with turnover exceeding £600 million and strong financial reserves, the business combines the stability of an established group with the pace and flexibility of a specialist contractor. With projects secured into 2029 and values reaching circa £22 million, this is a business offering genuine long-term stability and progression.
The company is also known for doing things differently. Its Contracts Managers are expected to be visible, hands‑on and actively involved in solving problems on site, working closely with Site Managers, Project Managers, subcontractors and clients to drive projects forward.
