Based at our St Mary's Axe office in London, working in a hybrid model and reporting to the Group Head of People Experience, this opportunity offers a competitive salary and the chance to influence people strategy at scale.

What You'll Be Doing
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align people initiatives with business objectives and operational priorities
- Deliver strategic people solutions that improve organisational performance, engagement and retention
- Support leaders through periods of change, growth and business transformation
- Use people data and insights to identify trends, risks and opportunities, driving informed decision-making
- Coach and influence managers to strengthen leadership capability and people management practice
- Lead complex employee relations matters, ensuring balanced and commercially sound outcomes
- Contribute to workforce planning activities that support future business growth
- Drive initiatives that enhance employee experience across the organisation
- Collaborate with colleagues across the wider People Experience team to deliver consistent people practices
- Support the continued development and implementation of people policies, programmes and frameworks
What You'll Need
- Significant experience operating as a senior HR Business Partner or equivalent strategic people role
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge at senior leadership level
- Experience supporting organisational change, transformation and growth
- Sound knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations best practice
- Strong commercial awareness and an ability to connect people strategy to business outcomes
- A proactive, collaborative approach with excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
