  • Deliver observability as code - Use Terraform, GitOps and CI/CD pipelines to manage dashboards, alerts, SLOs and instrumentation as version-controlled, repeatable code.
  • Materialize SRE practices into operation - Define SLIs and SLOs, manage error budgets and strengthen incident response, post-incident reviews and reliability reporting.
  • Engineer AIOps capabilities - Deliver anomaly detection, event correlation, alert noise reduction, auto-remediation and predictive insights that reduce toil and manual effort.
  • Set and enforce standards - Define telemetry, logging and instrumentation standards. Embed reliability signals in pipelines, release gates and platform deliverables.
  • Enable self-service at scale - Provide golden paths, templates, documentation and runbooks so that teams can onboard and own their observability independently.
