Senior Real Estate Recoveries Strategist

Secure Trust Bank Group seeks a Senior Manager to oversee higher-risk, distressed and non-performing Real Estate Finance exposures. You will own a varied portfolio, develop recovery strategies and work with senior stakeholders and external advisers to deliver timely, controlled outcomes.

You will assess complex situations, balance risk and customer considerations, and drive stabilisation, restructuring or enforcement strategies while supporting impairment assessments under IFRS 9.
