SaaS Sales Manager: SMB Team Leader & Coach

Exclaimer is seeking a hands-on sales leader to run a team of Account Executives in the SMB space from our Boston office. You will coach daily, shape a high-energy, competitive culture, and own the end-to-end sales process from inbound to close, collaborating with Marketing on ABM and campaign follow-up.

You will manage pipeline health, conduct regular 1:1s, and push for consistent forecast accuracy, with a strong emphasis on discovery and value articulation.
