We are partnering with an established international financial services business to appoint a Head of Compliance & Regulatory Affairs – British Isles.

This is a senior and highly visible appointment within a growing, innovative business operating across investment management, financial markets and digital assets. Based in Jersey, you will take responsibility for the regulatory compliance and financial crime framework across the firm's Jersey-regulated entities, acting as a trusted adviser to the Board and senior leadership team and maintaining key relationships with the Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC) and other relevant regulatory authorities.

The Role

As Head of Compliance & Regulatory Affairs, you will:

We are looking for an experienced senior compliance professional with the credibility to operate at Board, regulator and executive level.

You are likely to bring:

  • Extensive experience operating as a Compliance Officer or senior compliance leader within a regulated financial services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the Jersey regulatory environment and/or FCA regulatory framework.
  • Experience within investment business, funds, asset management or managed accounts.
  • Strong technical knowledge of AML/CFT, financial crime and regulatory compliance.
  • The ability to interpret regulatory change and translate it into practical business requirements.

Previous experience within digital assets is advantageous but not essential. We are equally interested in hearing from accomplished professionals from traditional financial services who are attracted by the opportunity to apply their regulatory expertise within an innovative and rapidly evolving sector.
