Farm Manager - Regenerative Estate
Wales
This is not a conventional Farm Manager role. Help shape the future of a pioneering Welsh estate.
Join our Outdoor Pig Farming Operations in Perth, Scotland, and become part of a supportive team within one of the food industry's leading businesses. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on, outdoor work and wants to develop practical skills in animal husbandry and agriculture.
Working closely with experienced colleagues, you’ll be responsible for the daily care and welfare of livestock while helping to maintain a safe, efficient and well-presented farm environment. Previous agricultural experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
At Sofina Foods, you’ll be joining a business that invests in its people and provides genuine opportunities for career development. You’ll receive full training, gain valuable agricultural experience and work alongside a knowledgeable and supportive team.
In addition to a competitive hourly rate of £13.00, you’ll benefit from a life assurance scheme, free onsite parking, 35 days’ holiday inclusive of bank holidays, a weekly laundry service and access to the Sofina discounts portal.
Sofina Foods is more than just a food company. It’s a place where you can grow your career, learn new skills, and make a positive impact.
With a wide range of meat and seafood products that delight consumers worldwide, Sofina Foods is always looking for talented and passionate people to join its team of over 13,000 employees across 40 sites in Canada and Europe.
At Sofina Foods, you will be part of a culture that values innovation, quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction. You will work with diverse and delicious products that are sourced responsibly and sustainably from over 50 different protein sources from 5 continents.
Our vision is to be the most successful food company in the world. If you are looking for a rewarding and exciting career in the food sector, Sofina Foods is the place for you.
Sofina Foods is proud to be an equal opportunities employer. We’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and respected. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and experiences – regardless of age, disability, gender identity, marriage or civil partnership status, pregnancy or maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation
