Задачи:

• Build strategies and identify initiatives that support company goals, using evidence to recommend what Viator should do next Research supplier behaviour, needs, and market dynamics directly, and use findings to shape strategy
• Influence product roadmaps and priorities using supplier insight and data
• Turn supply-side commercial strategies- including pricing, promotions, incentive structures, and new programs- into positioning and launch plans that drive supplier adoption
• Partner with Commercial teams to develop marketing and product initiatives that grow supplier earnings and engagement
• Shape supplier lifecycle CRM programs for engagement, retention, and reactivation
• Lead the end-to-end rollout of major supply-side initiatives, including sequencing, relevant localisation, and adapting positioning and enablement for operators
• Track competitor approaches to winning and retaining supply, and use findings to strengthen Viator's offering

Требования:

• 8+ Years of product marketing experience, including ownership of commercial or go-to-market strategy
• Experience influencing product roadmaps as a peer to product teams, supported by evidence
• Strong understanding of two-sided marketplace dynamics
• Comfortable working directly with data science and analytics teams and core metrics
• Strong go-to-market and positioning skills, including turning ambiguous strategy into actionable messaging
• Experience across more than one stage of a supplier or partner lifecycle
• Excellent written and verbal communication
