Data & AI Lead - Hybrid (London) - £600-£700d/r Outside IR35
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Data & AI Lead to drive the design, delivery and growth of Data Governance, Security and AI solutions for a growing client portfolio. This is a strategic, client-facing role combining technical leadership, solution architecture and advisory expertise across the Microsoft ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Purview , Microsoft 365 Copilot and Azure AI solutions.
Deliver secure, compliant data and AI platforms across cloud and hybrid environments.
Advise clients on data governance, information protection, compliance and AI strategy.
Act as a trusted advisor, translating business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring across delivery teams.
Support pre-sales activities, including solution design, proposals and client workshops.
Shape and evolve the organisation's Data & AI strategy and service offerings.
