HSBC Group in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced leader to head the enterprise-wide Inventions and Patents Programme within Group Innovation and Digital Partnerships. You will own end-to-end processes from invention discovery and filing to portfolio governance and inventor engagement.
The role requires building a high-quality invention pipeline, rigorous disclosure decisions, and strong executive communication to mobilise Legal, Technology, Risk, Finance and external partners.
