Senior Estimator Facade Remediation

Location: West Yorkshire (Hybrid Working)

Salary: up to £80K + Benefits

Experienced Senior Estimator required for a busy and well-established facade remediation contractor based in West Yorkshire.

We are seeking a proven professional with strong experience in facade contracting, cladding remediation, and SFS out packages, including EWI systems and render solutions. The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of producing competitive tenders and converting opportunities into secured projects.

Key Requirements...

• Extensive estimating experience within the facade, cladding, or remediation sector
• Strong technical knowledge of SFS Out Systems to include External Wall Insulation (EWI), Render Systems and rainscreen cladding
• Proven success in winning and converting tenders for Facade Remediation Projects
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
