Instructure is seeking a Customer Success Manager to be a strategic partner within our Customer Experience team, supporting BeNeLux and Central Europe. You will build trusted relationships with senior educational stakeholders, drive adoption, and collaborate with sales to support growth and retention.
The role requires 4+ years in Customer Success or SaaS, a passion for education, fluent English and Dutch, and strong CRM/PM tools skills.
