Village is seeking a Pub and Grill Team Leader to act as the operational right hand to management on busy shifts. You will lead the floor, manage pre-shift briefings, and flex across F&B to support the team while hitting commercial targets.

You will champion our social media presence, coach staff, train new starters, and help create memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced hotel pub environment.
