Cubic Defense is seeking an LVC Training Analyst Senior Lead to deliver Live, Virtual and Constructive training for combined arms exercises across the UK, Europe and beyond. You will mentor and coach a team of Training Analysts, coordinate Exercise Control duties, and report performance data to stakeholders.
Role requires building relationships, overseeing EXCON outputs, and delivering high-quality training solutions in a matrix environment under general supervision.
