Junior Project Manager (Ecommerce / Retail) - Chertsey, UK

Role: Junior Project Manager
Type: Contract (6 Months with potential extension)
Location: Chertsey, UK
Working Model: Hybrid 3 days per week in office)

The Role:

• Proactive Delivery: Manage in-house and partner-led eCommerce projects, anticipating risks before they become roadblocks.
• Performance & Compliance: Run Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and audit projects for 100% contract adherence.
• Resource Planning: Optimize the team's "people supply chain" and improve Agile delivery workflows.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of eCommerce or retail experience.
• Strong expertise in Agile/Sprint methodologies, MVP-centric design, and JIRA.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for complex, matrixed stakeholder management.
• Bonus: 5+ years of broad PM/vendor management experience, QMS knowledge
