Job Description

We're investing in a brand-new customer loyalty function designed to maximise opportunities within our existing customer portfolio. As Customer Loyalty Director, you'll have the freedom and backing to build this business unit from the ground up. You'll recruit the best people, develop the sales strategy, establish performance standards and create a culture where high achievers thrive and are rewarded accordingly. What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Recruit, develop and lead a high-performing telesales team.
• Create a winning sales culture focused on energy, accountability and results.
• Maximise sales opportunities from our extensive existing customer database.
• Develop innovative customer retention, loyalty and re-engagement strategies.
• Increase revenue, conversion rates and customer lifetime value.
• Set ambitious targets and hold teams accountable for delivery.
• Use data, insight and performance metrics to optimise results.
• Celebrate success whilst addressing potential underperformance.
• Ensure a first-class customer experience throughout the sales journey.
• Maintain compliance and regulatory standards
