Interim Head of CRM: Hybrid Growth & Retention Leader

Consumer Additions and Consumer Exec seeks an Interim Head of CRM for a fast-growing consumer subscription business. You will own the CRM and retention strategy across onboarding, engagement, churn prevention, winback and reactivation, leading a team of four.

You will work closely with Product, Data, Analytics and Finance to drive predictable growth and base management, with a data-led, commercially focused mindset.
