Senior Associate or Legal Director, Corporate M&A

The firm

A leading international law firm with a large network of UK offices and a wide mix of corporate, public sector and financial services clients.

The role

You will join a busy corporate team with a focus on M&A, plus some equity capital markets, private equity and group reorganisations.

• Run several deals at once with competing deadlines
• Deliver a high level of client service
• Work with colleagues across other teams and offices, in the UK and overseas
• Coach and supervise junior lawyers
• Take part in business development

What you will need

• Around 5 to 9 years PQE in corporate work
• A general M&A skill set
• Cross border or private equity experience is useful but not essential
• Experience supervising junior colleagues
