Associate / Senior Associate, Technology Law (4 to 7 PQE)

The firm

A leading international law firm with a large network of UK offices and a wide mix of corporate, public sector and financial services clients.

The role

You will join a technology team in the commercial group.

• Advise customers and suppliers on IT, outsourcing and AI contracts
• Advise on tech regulation, especially for financial services and AI
• Support the tech side of corporate deals
• Business development such as seminars and client briefings
• At senior associate level, coach and supervise junior lawyers

What you will need

• 4 to 7 years PQE
• A strong grounding in technology law
• Experience across the full range of IT and outsourcing contracts
• An interest in AI
