Senior In House Counsel, Contracts and Commercial (8 PQE+)

The firm

A leading international law firm with offices across the UK and overseas. This is an in house role advising the firm itself, within its governance and compliance function.

The role

You will support the firm's own commercial contracting across its international network.

• Handle day to day commercial queries and escalations
• Keep contract frameworks, policies and templates up to date
• Advise on supplier deals, client terms and partnerships
• Support contract technology and AI projects
• Coordinate junior team members and deliver training

What you will need

• Qualified solicitor with at least 8 years in commercial contracts
• Experience in professional services, a regulated business or an international setting
• A practical, risk based approach
• An interest in technology and process improvement
